Kelly is a physical therapist and athenafit barre instructor. She is an expert on the movement of the body and is quick to invent new barre choreography. Her classes are creative and she gives added attention to injuries and proper alignment.
She began athenafit barre when she moved from Virginia to Mississippi in August of 2014. She was having trouble lifting her arm above shoulder height, and after a few barre classes, she was astonished at the new range of motion in that shoulder. Her body transformed into barre strong within 8 classes and she was hooked.
